Survey Prize Draw Terms & Conditions
To enter the draw, you must qualify for, provide a valid email address, complete and submit the survey by the 31st November 2015. Surveys completed after this time will not be eligible for the prize draw.
The prize draw will take place on Tuesday 1st of December 2015. The prize is XX.
The winner will be the first name drawn in a random draw. The prize is not transferable to any third party and cannot be sold, bartered or substituted for any other prizes. In the event of any dispute the decision of Swing Profile is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
No applications from agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computer will be accepted. No incomplete, or corrupted entries will be accepted. Entries will only be accepted if they comply with all entry instructions. Responsibility is not accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
The prize winner will be notified using the email address provided for Q1 of the survey, within 5 days of the original competition draw. If no contact is received from the winner within 14 days of the original competition draw their prize will be forfeit and a new winner for that prize will be drawn randomly from the eligible participants under the same Terms and Conditions.
Swing Profile reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time for any reason. You agree that you will be bound by such changes and that you will not hold Swing Profile liable for any losses resulting from any such changes.
