Quick Start on using Swing Profile Team Package
Purchase Team Package
Please email us at info@swingprofile.com to purchase your team package account.
Adding Students/Coaches to Your Team
1) Login to your Swing Profile account at the Team Management page at www.swingprofile.com/school.
2) Add the team members’ email at the allocated spaces.
For example, if your team package has 1xCoach and 8xElite, there will be 1 slot for coach email and 8 slots for Elite emails.
Once added to your team, the member will receive “Affiliated” Swing Profile subscription (“Coach” or “Elite”) when they use the same email for registering Swing Profile account.
To remove or change a team member’s email, just remove/change the email at the corresponding slot at the Team Management page. Note All affiliated members will expire at the same time as the “Team Package”.
School Branding and Seamless Communication to Your Team
– School logo will appear on each affiliated member’s videos and swing sequences
– The coaches’ email will be added to each affiliated member’s contact
– All school members will be added to coaches’ contact
From here, coaches can easily set up a “chat group” including the whole team or individuals, and send videos or chat seamlessly.
Setting up School Logo
To setup school logo, the administrator (usually the coach) just needs to open Swing Profile app, tap on “User Profile” then “Company Logo”.
The same logo will appear on all affiliated member’s videos and swing sequences. Note that only the administrator can change the logo.
